The problem
Property managers chase contractors; contractors chase work. Jobs stall silently, and the only lever most platforms offer is picking the cheapest bid.

- Sealed 24/48/72h auctions for capex work, ranked by a weighted score rather than price alone
- SLA clocks on every claimed job
What the AI does
A delay-triage engine watches jobs against their SLA clocks, works out whether a job is actually at risk, and auto-reoffers it before the deadline is missed instead of after.
A note on numbers
We do not publish performance metrics we cannot substantiate, and we do not publish client results without the client's agreement. If you want to talk to a reference about a specific engagement, ask and we will arrange it where the client is willing.
