What this site collects

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party advertising trackers.

The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, and optionally your company and budget range, plus the message you write and the page you sent it from. This is transmitted through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards it to our inbox.
• WhatsApp. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is carried and stored by WhatsApp under their own privacy terms, and we see your phone number and profile name as any WhatsApp recipient would.

Why we hold it

To reply to you and to carry on a business conversation you started. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox as ordinary business correspondence. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

• Vercel, hosting and server logs.
• Web3Forms, contact form delivery.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us there.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Message either number above and we will action it.

Client project data

This policy covers this website. Data handling inside systems we build for clients is governed by the agreement with that client, and is specified per engagement, including where data is processed and whether it is used for model training. Our default configuration is that client data is not retained for training.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
