How an engagement actually runs.
1. Map (free)
A conversation about how the work gets done today. We come back with where AI would pay, where it would not, and what we would build first. You keep that whether or not you hire us.
2. Pilot (fixed scope, fixed price)
One workflow, quoted as a number before we start, typically live in two to four weeks on your real data. If it does not work, you have spent a small amount finding out, which is the point.
3. Production
Permissions, monitoring, evaluation, handover. Your repository and your infrastructure accounts throughout.
4. Operate, or hand over
We stay on to tune it against real usage, or we train your team and step back. Both are normal endings.
