The content here is provided for information. We keep it accurate to the best of our knowledge, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current, and it does not constitute professional advice for your specific situation.

What the work pages describe

Case studies on this site describe work we performed. Where a client is described rather than named, that is because we have not obtained permission to name them. Where no performance metric is stated, it is because we do not have one we can substantiate, we do not publish estimated or illustrative figures as if they were measured results.

Intellectual property

The design, text, and marks on this site belong to Constructive Creativity LLC. Product names and screenshots of third-party software remain the property of their respective owners.

Enquiries are not a contract

Sending a message through this site, or on WhatsApp, does not create a client relationship or bind either of us to anything. A relationship begins when we both sign an engagement agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from project work is addressed in the engagement agreement for that project.
