There is not one, but there is a reason. Most AI projects fail before anyone can tell whether they would have worked, and the usual sales process asks you to pay for that uncertainty. We would rather absorb it. If the thing we build does not earn its place in three months of real use, it was never going to, and we would rather find that out on our money than on yours.

Because it is one scoped workflow, not an open-ended engagement. We pick something narrow enough to build quickly and useful enough to be obvious if it works. That is a bet we can afford to make, and it is a better use of our time than writing proposals.

Nothing to sign to start. We will sign an NDA if you want one, and there is a short written scope so we both know what is being built, but there is no minimum term and no commitment to continue.

It is your code in your repository and your infrastructure from the first commit. If you cancel, you keep it. We simply stop working on it.

Something with a clear start and end: documents in and structured records out, an assistant that answers a defined set of questions, a monitor that watches one thing and escalates. As a rule of thumb it is around two to four weeks of our build time. We write the scope down in a short document before starting so we both know what was agreed, and we will tell you on the first call whether what you have in mind fits. If it does not, we will tell you what would, and quote the larger thing separately.

Anything outside the one agreed workflow. Rebuilding your existing systems, migrating data at scale, ongoing feature development, and second or third workflows are all separate paid work. We are not being cagey about this, we are being clear so that nobody is disappointed: the free build is a real piece of production software, but it is one piece.

We cover our build time, which is the large cost. You cover your own third-party running costs, which means model API usage and hosting, on your own accounts. For a single workflow that is usually tens of dollars a month, and we will give you an estimate before we start along with the metering to keep it bounded. Keeping those accounts in your name is also why you keep everything if you cancel.

When the thing goes live for you, not when we start building. The build time is ours.

We quote a number before the free period ends, so you are never surprised. It depends on scope and on how much we keep operating versus hand over. If you would rather take it in-house, we will document it and train your team.

Anyone who wants a proof of concept with no intention of running it, or who needs an on-site team or a local legal entity in the Gulf. We will say so on the first call rather than at contract stage.
